tropická hala simulující deštný prales - jsou zde jezera, vodopády, mnoho rostlin i tropická bouře. Zvířata jsou zastoupena především plazy a obojživelníky, ale jsou zde i akvária, motýlí dům, bezobratlí a několik ptáků (papoušci, pěvci, vodní ptáci...) a drobných savců.
Biosphäre je od samého počátku ve ztrátě a tak město uvažovalo v roce 2016 o jejím zavření, nakonec bylo rozhodnuto pronajmout ji soukromému provozovateli na 20 let (od 2018).

tropical hall simulating the rainforest - there are lakes, waterfall, many plants and also tropical storms. Animals are represented mainly by reptiles and amphibians, but there are also aquariums, butterfly house, invertebrates and several birds (parrots, song birds, waterfowl...) and small mammals.
The Biosphäre is at a financial loss from the very outset, so the municipality was considering (in 2016) to close it, finally deciding to rent it to a private operator for 20 years (2018).
